I once was caught but now I'm free my gills are soft but so slippery I couldnt be taken, no I couldn't be held, 'cause that boat was a prison that net was a cell So I ripped that hook right outta' my mouth it hurt like a bitch but it had to get out I'll leave your line with a just piece of my lip you see, the waters my home I'm jumping ship Im swimming as far, as deep, as I can and I wont stop diving till I hit the sand where your lines wont get me any more they don't sink this deep to the ocean floor and thats as far away as I can get 'cause I know your so afraid of getting wet and theres 3 x 10ēš gallons of seawater between us, honey I'm a slippery salmon now im swimming stronger you want a fish on your plate - call the fish monger I won't eat your lures any longer I'm gonna' reach the bottom I'm gonna' keep on diving
